1. What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, billing country, and order details. Payment is handled by Payhip and its payment partners. We do not receive or store your card number.
When you join our email list: your email address and name if you give it, and how you interact with our emails (for example, opens and clicks).
When you visit our website: basic technical data such as your browser, device, and pages viewed. If you accept advertising cookies, our advertising partner may also receive information about your visit.
The Crisis Matrix tool: it runs in your browser. What you type into it stays on your device. We do not receive it.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To deliver your purchase and provide support (contract).
To send you the product files and related service emails (contract and legitimate interests).
To send you marketing emails, where you have agreed or where the law allows (consent or legitimate interests). You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve our advertising, only if you accept advertising cookies (consent).
To keep records, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business: Payhip (checkout and delivery), MailerLite (email), Meta (advertising measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies), and our website hosting provider. They process personal information for us under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Cookies

We ask for your consent before using advertising cookies. If you decline, they are not used. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's stored data for this site and reloading the page. Our payment provider may use cookies needed for checkout.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries outside yours, including the United States and the United Kingdom. Where the law requires it, we rely on approved safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal duties. We keep email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to legal duties.

Our products and website are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
