Refund Policy

How to ask
Email anchrsystem@myactos.com within 45 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used and your order number if you have it. You do not need to explain why.
What you get back
The price you paid for that product, returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show it.
After a refund
Your licence to use the refunded product ends. Please delete your copies.
Fair use
This guarantee is meant for people who used a product in good faith. We may decline repeated purchase-and-refund requests for the same product.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have by law where you live, including any rights to cancel or withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, some legal withdrawal rights may end once the download begins, where the law allows and you have agreed to that at checkout. This does not affect the 45-day guarantee above.
