Terms of Use

These terms apply to your purchase and use of products from ANCHr, by ACTOS Performance Innovation ("ANCHr," "we," "us"). By buying, downloading, or using a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the product.

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital files and tools, for example PDFs and a browser-based tool. They are described on the product page. They are practical tools, not therapy, counseling or medical care. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

3. Purchases and payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip and its payment partners. Their terms and privacy notices apply to the payment. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes, including VAT where it applies, may be added at checkout.

4. Delivery

Files are made available for download immediately after purchase. A download link is also sent to the email address you provide. Keep your files. Download limits may apply.

5. Your licence

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, or make the product available to others, in whole or in part, or use it to train an AI model. Quote only short excerpts for personal notes.

6. Identifying marks

Files may include your email address, the purchase date, and our copyright notice on each page. This helps protect against unauthorized sharing.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the products, including the name ANCHr, the logo, text, designs, and tool, belong to ANCHr, by ACTOS Performance Innovation ("ANCHr," "we," "us") or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use our products or website unlawfully, to harass or harm anyone, to interfere with our systems, or to infringe anyone's rights.

9. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and for anything you say, send, sign, or do. Our products are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

10. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.

11. Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" and "as available," without promises about results or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights in your country.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for losses that come from your decisions or actions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you buy applies to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
